Co-ED Adult Ringette/Master's Level

RNS is pleased to offer Adult Co-ED Ringette comprising of an approximately six week game loop, one evening a week, to commence early in the new year. The target participants are women and men, aged 30+ with beginner to intermediate skills. The whole idea is to get out and have fun! But if you end up learning a little about the sport your child might be playing, even better! DATE NIGHT for spouses who are looking for a Co-ED activity to participate in together and any singletons looking to get back onto the ice in a fun, no pressure atmosphere. 

New participants are encouraged to attend a scheduled Adult Come Try Ringette session. Prior to game start-up, RNS will schedule 1-3 Adult Learn to Play sessions to introduce ring skills, work on rusty skating skills, and outline some key principles of the game in preparation for loop play.

Master's Co-ED Game Night: An equal ice time and fun-centric atmosphere similar to Pond Ringette. RNS Adult Co-ED Ringette Coordinator will divide the players into two groups on game night. A pre-game warm-up followed by 40 minutes of playing time per session over approximately 6 weeks. Fee to be determined. Fee includes: RNS and Ringette Canada insurance and membership fees, ice costs, and jersey rental.

Cole Harbour

Cole Harbour has a Red and a White 18+ (Open) team. They share home ice time at 9:00pm on Friday nights at Cole Harbour Place ice rink. Eastern Shore


The 18+ team plays one home game and one away game each week.  Season starts after Thanksgiving and runs until the first week in March.  Home games are played Mondays @ 8pm at the Eastern Shore Arena in Musquodoboit Harbour. New players welcome!
