All teams traveling outside of the province of Nova Scotia to participate in either a tournament, jamboree, inter-provincial and exhibition play will require to submit the following form. Teams that do not submit a form will not be sanctioned or insured to play outside of the province.
- All forms must be approved by an association board member.
- A form must be filled out for each team traveling.
- All player and coach participants must be registered members of Ringette Nova Scotia.
- Any Player or Coach from the original team who is not attending must be listed as not attending.
- Any Player and Coach who is attending, but not on the original roster, must be listed as attending.
