U16 Excellence Ringette Program - September ID Camp Open for Registration
The cost to participate is $150.
DEADLINE to register is Thursday, July 31 at 5pm.
The U16 ID Camp will take place Friday, September 5 to Sunday, September 7, 2025 at RBC Arena in Dartmouth. Athletes must attend the ID Camp if they hope to secure a spot on a NS 16AA or 16A team in 2025-26.
Athletes should expect to attend 4 on-ice sessions and 1off-ice fitness session over the course of the weekend. Athletes will be divided into teams and asked to attend specific ice and fitness sessions. A full schedule will be released by early August, but, as a general idea, the tentative schedule is as follows:
Friday 6pm-9pm: U16 skills
Saturday 8am-12pm: U16 fitness testing
Saturday 12pm-5pm: U16 scrimmage
Sunday 9am-4pm: U16 scrimmages
