All Ringette NS sanctioned teams (i.e. member association, Excellence, CWG, university teams, 18+ teams, Adult Rec teams) arranging Exhibition Games (non-league games) to be played in Nova Scotia must submit an Exhibition Game Request Form for the scheduling of officials. 

Forms for exhibition play happening within Nova Scotia should be submitted by the Home Team (or the RNS-sanctioned team in the case of interprovincial play)

If you are playing multiple games on a single day, please submit a single form for each game (i.e. each game requires its own form).

Forms should be submitted with as much advance notice as possible, but at a minimum or 1 week ahead. Best efforts will be made to meet requests for scheduling officials. Teams will be notified if a request cannot be met.
